Your Responsibilities:
As the M365 Administrator/Engineer, you will:

  • Oversee and strategize Azure/M365 infrastructure and associated components, services, and applications.
  • Design and outline system architecture for both new and existing computing systems using on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid hosting technologies.
  • Evaluate requirements and system architectures to enhance system specifications and design plans.
  • Manage, operate, and maintain components for both on-premises and cloud-based systems.
  • Assess the completion and implementation of system configurations and enhancements, providing recommendations to management and clients.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficient understanding or direct experience with onboarding and managing Azure and M365 environments.
  • Expertise in designing, engineering, administering, and operating Azure Active Directory/Entra ID-based identity and access management solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies like ADFS, Ping Federate, Okta, or other SAML or OAuth solutions.
  • Experience in developing solutions that integrate Microsoft Azure commercial clouds with services hosted on-premises and in other cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of Hybrid Identities, Azure Active Directory Connector (AADC)/Entra Connect, and other Identity Management or synchronization technologies.
  • Architectural insight into M365 security frameworks and data protection measures.
  • Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
  • Ability to manage and implement Azure Policy for resource governance and compliance.
  • Proficiency in managing Azure/M365 using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
  • Experience with Active Directory design and implementation best practices.
  • Familiarity with Group Policy Objects and Management.
  • Knowledge of Windows DNS and DHCP.
  • Experience with Windows Server 2019 and 2022.
  • Experience with File and Storage Services, including Distributed File System (DFS) management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows automation scripting.
  • System configuration adhering to security standards.
  • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong background in Windows or Linux engineering.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting or similar automation scripting.
  • Knowledge of cloud services, including AWS/C2S.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, SQL.
  • Solid understanding of security practices and standards.
  • Experience with virtual desktop environments.
