Dedicated Special Education Instructor

We are seeking an experienced educator who can develop and implement Individualized Education Plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with students with varying abilities and learning styles.
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering differentiated instruction, assessing student progress, and adapting their teaching methods as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes. Additionally, they will contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that fosters positive relationships between students, teachers, and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement IEPs: Create personalized learning plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each student.
- Deliver Differentiated Instruction: Provide tailored instruction to support diverse learning styles and abilities, promoting academic growth and development.
- Collaborate with Teaching Teams: Work closely with general education teachers, specialists, and families to ensure seamless communication and coordination of student support services.
- Assess and Monitor Progress: Regularly evaluate student progress, adapting instruction as necessary to ensure optimal results.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Certification: Valid Colorado Special Education Teaching Certification is mandatory.
- Experience: Previous experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities is highly valued.
- Skills: Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
