Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced yoga instructor who can teach Vinyasa-Based Heated Yoga classes. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a transformative experience for our students, one that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to promote overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach high-energy Vinyasa-Based Heated Yoga classes that challenge and inspire students of all levels
• Create a safe and supportive environment that fosters connection and community among students
• Develop and lead workshops, special events, and private classes that align with the studio's vision and values
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other educational opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date on industry developments
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, payments, and feedback
• Foster relationships with students, colleagues, and vendors to build a strong and loyal customer base

Requirements:

• 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification (RYT-200)
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a fast-paced studio environment
• Current CPR Certification
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development

Compensation:

The salary for this position is estimated at $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
