Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $14.50 per hour, ensuring our team members are fairly compensated for their hard work and dedication.

Job Description

As a Member Services Representative Overnight, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive member experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Checking members into the system
  • Taking prospective members on tours and assisting with the new account sign-up process
  • Facilitating needed updates to member accounts
  • Responding to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility
  • Closing shift for that business day
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A positive mental attitude and ability to interact in a professional manner with members and colleagues
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language
  • A high school diploma/GED equivalent
