With a legacy dating back to 1953, we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and innovation. Our headquarters is located in Mount Airy, NC, and we operate multiple manufacturing facilities across the United States.
Your Role
As the HR Systems Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR management systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Addressing HRMS inquiries from initial reporting through to resolution, collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Working closely with leadership and the HR team to identify and implement system enhancements and improvements.
- Coordinating with the Information Services team to manage the timing and execution of system upgrades.
- Generating and assisting in the collection of complex data reports and summaries for leadership and HR teams.
- Acting as the primary liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRMS design and implementation initiatives.
- Maintaining and updating approved job descriptions within the HR management system.
- Assisting in the creation of job descriptions as necessary.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, candidates should possess:
- A professional, technical, or administrative training or certification (an Associate's degree is preferred, or three or more years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education).
- A minimum of one year of experience working with HR management systems.
- A solid understanding of human resources practices, including compliance.
- Familiarity with HR management systems and timekeeping interfaces.
- Experience with platforms such as UKG and/or Oracle is advantageous.
