About Us:

NuWaves Engineering is a leading provider of RF products, seeking an experienced Senior RF Design Engineer to enhance our product lineup.

Job Description:

This role demands a deep understanding of RF engineering principles and the ability to design, develop, and optimize products such as Power Amplifiers, Upconverters, Downconverters, and Low Noise Amplifiers.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide expert verbal and written communication producing technical documentation.Adhere strictly to company design, quality, and process standards.Develop product requirements documents with a focus on RF design specifications.Collaborate across domains to support product roadmap development and execution.Maintain thorough documentation, including test procedures, marketing data sheets, user manuals, and requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Expert knowledge of the RF industry and RF product design.
  • Strong communication skills with effective project execution capabilities.
  • Leadership ability to guide engineers and technicians in product design and testing.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic component assembly.
  • Extensive experience with RF Products such as Power Amplifiers, Upconverters, Downconverters, and Low Noise Amplifiers.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering, with 5+ years of related RF design and product development experience.

Salary: $115,000 - $150,000 per year
