About the Role

SSM Health is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Leader to fill the position of Pharmacy Department Head. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will work closely with our medical staff, nursing, administration, and regional pharmacy leadership to maintain productive and effective relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing short-term and long-term goals, providing clinical, operational, and financial oversight and direction for the development of pharmacy programs, policies, and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
