Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the safety protocols for field staff assigned to projects.
- Monitor and enhance field labor productivity.
- Ensure quality assurance and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage financial projections and reporting for the project.
- Handle procurement of materials and equipment.
- Oversee change order management and maintain strong owner/client relations.
- Manage project cash flow and personnel effectively.
Compliance with all operational policies, procedures, and programs is essential. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Compensation Range: $91,520 - $104,000
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction or a relevant bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
- Proficiency in essential computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Access, PowerPoint), Bluebeam Revu, Vista-Viewpoint, and Quotesoft Estimating Software.
Required Attributes:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Strong mathematical skills for basic business functions.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective time management and attention to detail.
- Adept at interpreting various forms of instructions.
- Organizational skills for managing and archiving technical data.
- Adherence to all operational policies and procedures.
Language Skills:
Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and suppliers.
