Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enhance field labor productivity.
  • Ensure quality assurance and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage financial projections and reporting for the project.
  • Handle procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Oversee change order management and maintain strong owner/client relations.
  • Manage project cash flow and personnel effectively.

Compliance with all operational policies, procedures, and programs is essential. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Compensation Range: $91,520 - $104,000

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction or a relevant bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Proficiency in essential computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Access, PowerPoint), Bluebeam Revu, Vista-Viewpoint, and Quotesoft Estimating Software.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Strong mathematical skills for basic business functions.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective time management and attention to detail.
  • Adept at interpreting various forms of instructions.
  • Organizational skills for managing and archiving technical data.
  • Adherence to all operational policies and procedures.
