Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Abrazo West Campus. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of our department's clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, technologies, and evidence-based guidelines
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in the Emergency Department
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Advanced certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., CEN, CCRN)
- Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies
