Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and prescribe treatments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Successful completion of an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program.
- Current CT State License, Federal DEA, and State Controlled Substance Registration.
- Ability to work two to four shifts per month, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
