Key Responsibilities
As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for:
  • Accurately processing orders through the POS system.
  • Handling customer payments and providing change.
  • Serving a variety of food and beverage items, including cold, frozen, and hot drinks.
  • Transferring supplies and equipment between storage and service areas.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the work area throughout your shift.
  • Cleaning equipment and utensils, disposing of trash, sweeping, mopping, and dusting as needed.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum age of 18 years.
  • At least one year of bartending experience, including necessary certifications.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, including the service of alcoholic drinks.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English for effective communication with guests.
  • Basic math skills for operating a cash register and handling transactions.
  • Brand certification as required.
  • Ability to operate a keyboard and follow POS procedures for order processing.
  • Capability to work in confined spaces for extended periods.
