We are seeking a Part Time General Cleaner to join our team in Lake City, MN. This role will involve general cleaning and caretaking duties at Underwood Terrace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete the turnover process of vacant units, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Conduct regular cleaning of common areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for residents.
  • Remove trash and recycling regularly, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks as needed, contributing to the overall upkeep of the property.
  • Participate in seasonal outside grounds work, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the property.
  • Conduct regular grounds inspections and trash pick-up, ensuring the property remains well-maintained.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with residents, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Comply with all Fair Housing laws and regulations, upholding the company's commitment to equality and fairness.

Requirements:

  • Cleaning/janitorial experience is preferred, with training provided as needed to ensure success in the role.
  • Familiarity with standard cleaning equipment and products is essential.
