Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified surveillance professional to become a valued member of our Surveillance Investigation team. The ideal candidate for this position must be a proactively motivated individual with the ability to work independently, deliver detailed reports on time, and work varying hours, including nights and weekends to perform surveillance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveillance investigations and gather evidence to support claims and risk management initiatives.
  • Deliver detailed reports electronically using Microsoft Word and upload video/digital photography.
  • Travel within Eastern PA, New Jersey, and the New York City metropolitan area to conduct on-site surveillance services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate surveillance activities and ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Detail-oriented with effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable motor vehicle transportation.
  • Availability for off-shift and weekend work or other field investigations.
  • Must have own video surveillance equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in investigative surveillance.
  • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual communication skills.

Work Traits

  • Ability to deliver work on a timely basis.
  • Good customer service focus.
  • Good time management skills.
