You will delve into the intricacies of Supply Chain functions and their associated key performance indicators (KPIs). Your analysis of extensive data sets will help identify trends and gaps in operations.
Your primary duties will include:
- Identifying inefficiencies within the supply chain and proposing actionable solutions to enhance processes and improve KPIs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels to implement process enhancements and manage change effectively.
- Contributing to the development and execution of strategic plans.
- Utilizing advanced analytical and project management tools to drive initiatives.

Project Management
You will be responsible for developing and overseeing projects related to demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and supply chain network planning. This includes:
- Identifying project needs, defining issues, and crafting detailed project plans.
- Coordinating and managing projects to ensure successful completion.
Analytical Duties
Prepare comprehensive analyses for supply chain planning and operational processes to pinpoint gaps and recommend enhancements. Your tasks will also involve:
- Creating detailed project plans that encompass tasks, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Determining necessary resources and assigning responsibilities.
- Executing projects, monitoring progress, and maintaining regular communication with stakeholders.
Reporting and Communication
Provide insightful analysis and reporting in collaboration with Information Systems, Divisions, Operations, and Financial Audit teams. You will also:
- Recommend, develop, and implement standardized reporting for routine business operations.
- Communicate the outcomes of key measurement projects and suggest actions to address supply chain and operational challenges.
Ongoing Analysis
Conduct continuous data analysis, plan development, and necessary communication, including:
- Branch relocations and openings related to demand realignment.
- Defining and reporting error conditions or creating ad hoc reports as business needs arise.
Documentation
Prepare detailed design documents that align user requirements with the needs of computer and database developers.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Information Services, Mathematics, or Applied Statistics.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year in operations and/or inventory management or a comparable combination of education and experience. Experience in communicating with diverse groups including managers, clients, and vendors is essential.
Preferred Skills:
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel, including data manipulation and financial calculations. Experience in project management, data analysis, and familiarity with tools such as Web Focus, SAP, SQL, Tableau, KNIME, TIBCo TDV, or Alteryx is advantageous. Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma, Green Belt, or PMP are also preferred.
