The Job:

As a Bar Porter, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage outlets. Your responsibilities will include stocking glassware, condiments, and other essential items, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of beverage areas. You'll work closely with our team to deliver outstanding service and create memorable experiences for our guests.

The Day-to-Day:
  • Stock and serve assigned beverage outlets, maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring seamless delivery of glassware, condiments, and packaged beverages.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of beverage areas, including assigned bar equipment, tools, supplies, and trash removal.
  • Complete required paperwork, including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries.
  • Maintain pars of liquor, beer, and supplies in cooler and dry storage areas, ordering as needed.
  • Set up and break down portable bars in designated areas.
  • Ensure the use of correct freight elevators and delivery routes to designated hotel areas and beverage outlets.
  • Organize and maintain beverage pump room areas, including pump room products, storage rooms, and warehouses.
  • Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority, referring matters to management as necessary.
