We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Banking Associate to join our team at Staffworthy Inc. as a Metals Sub-Vertical Expert. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our experienced bankers and contribute to the execution of transactions within the metals industry.
Key Responsibilities- Transaction Support: Assist senior bankers in the execution of transactions, covering both upstream and downstream activities in the metals industry.
- Financial Analysis and Modeling: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes, including the creation of financial models and the analysis of market trends.
- Industry Research and Due Diligence: Conduct thorough industry research and business due diligence to facilitate informed decision-making, including the analysis of market data and the identification of potential risks and opportunities.
- Marketing Participation: Collaborate on marketing efforts, contributing insights and expertise to enhance client relationships and business development, including the creation of marketing materials and the participation in client presentations.
- Client Presentation Development: Develop client presentation materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity in conveying complex financial information.
- Experience: Two or more years of prior experience in M&A Investment Banking, with a preference for candidates with sell-side M&A experience.
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling, proven track record of successful transaction execution, including presentations, financial analysis, and preparation of transaction marketing documents.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Deadline Management: Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
