Job Summary

We're seeking a visionary Executive Director to oversee our Hollywood Beach locations, including Guidepost Montessori and Guidepost Academy/Infants through High School. As a key leader, you'll be responsible for driving enrollment and profitability outcomes, leading and building a stellar team, and being a quarterback for our school's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive Leadership: Oversee the success of our campuses, working with a small team of passionate leaders and guides to meet high programmatic standards and achieve holistic success.
  • Enrollment and Profitability: Drive enrollment and profitability outcomes by analyzing data, interpreting results, and making informed decisions to achieve our mission.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and build a stellar team, inspiring people leaders who can motivate and develop talent, navigate challenging staff situations, and build strong relationships with parents.
  • Problem-Solving: Lean in when and where your team needs you, supporting the campus through challenging situations, health and safety incidents, and other issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Supervisory Experience: 3+ years of supervisory experience, ideally with multi-location management.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of developing talent, motivating teams, and driving results.
  • Communication Skills: Distinctive communication and writing skills, including attention to detail, ability to write persuasively, and communicate with empathy.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess situations, gather facts, and evaluate data.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. As a key leader, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our school's success and contribute to our mission of transforming education.
