As a Lead Systems Architect, you will be instrumental in overseeing the enhancement and maintenance of the Wideband Satellite Communication (SATCOM) Operational Management System. This role encompasses a comprehensive array of services, including program oversight, systems engineering, configuration management, technical documentation, training, and quality assurance to support the lifecycle of the Common Network Planning Software (CNPS). Your responsibilities will include testing the integration of new systems and conducting training sessions post-installation, along with managing spare parts and equipment for initial deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards during production and deployment phases.
  • Collaborate in a hybrid work environment, with opportunities for international travel.
  • Maintain a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a United States Citizen with an Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the System Development Life Cycle is essential.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, PostgreSQL or EnterpriseDB, Microsoft Visual Studio or Visual Code, and Cloud Foundry is required.
  • Experience with Dell Servers and VMWare Hardware is necessary.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Jenkins, SonarQube, Fortify, and Ansible is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with CNPS or WSTARS is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification is preferred.
