Job Summary

This role is part of the Inside Sales team, responsible for promoting and maintaining sales by originating and developing leads and performing sales remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the metals industry and be able to effectively communicate with customers to identify their needs and provide mutually beneficial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to grow business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed solutions to customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the metals industry and its products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

This role is based in an office setting with a controlled temperature environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a sedentary position for extended periods of time.
