**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to join our acute care pharmacy team at Nova Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering optimal medication management, collaborating with healthcare providers, and making evidence-based medication recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical care principles, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced acute care setting.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide expert pharmaceutical care services, ensuring alignment with evidence-based guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, contributing to the development of comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Develop and implement education programs to enhance patient knowledge and adherence to treatment plans.

Requirements**

  • Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.
  • PGY2 infectious disease residency or equivalent clinical pharmacy experience in infectious diseases/antimicrobial stewardship required.

Compensation and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary, approximately $160,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for growth, professional development, and a dynamic work environment.
