We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team at Ryder System, Inc. in Jackson, TN.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate electric sit-down forklifts and RF scanners to efficiently move products within the warehouse.
  • Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
  • Ensure accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
  • Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Benefits:
  • Hourly pay $17.25 per hour.
  • Overtime pay $25.87 per hour.
  • Additional pay $1.00 per hour when assigned to third shift.
  • Flexible scheduling with alternating weeks of 36 and 48 hours.
