Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Head Speech Coach at Glencoe-Silver Lake Public Schools.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the school's speech team
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive speech program
  • Recruit and mentor students for speech competitions
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate speech into the curriculum
  • Plan and execute speech events and tournaments
Requirements

Experience in speech coaching or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work with students of varying skill levels.

The school district requires applicants to submit to a criminal history background check.

Compensation

Pay will be per the salary schedule of the Education Minnesota: GSL Master Agreement.
