Job Title: Early Childhood Education Specialist

About the Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced early childhood educator to join our team as an Early Childhood Education Specialist. The successful candidate will have a strong background in child development and education, with experience working with children aged 3-5 years old. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing the classroom program and daily activities, including writing weekly lesson plans and IEPs. They will also prepare and plan teaching materials, maintain a safe and orderly environment, supervise activities for all children throughout the day, and monitor and evaluate each child's physical, social, and emotional developmental domains.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, and at least three years of progressively responsible work experience with children aged 3-5 years old. A Ga PDS account with a Career Level of 8 or higher is also required. Knowledge of Developmentally Appropriate Practices and excellent communication skills are highly desirable.
