Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Manager to join our team in Lafayette. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and placing top talent who align with our customer's needs. Your expertise in market trends, staffing, and competitive wage information will be invaluable in supporting our customers in selecting the right employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your human resources skills to source, hire, and place the right employees who will be a strong match to our customer's needs.
  • Analyze current market trends for recruiting methods, staffing trends, and competitive wage information to support our customers in the selection of employees.
  • Serve as a liaison between our customers and employees, investigating and documenting any matters that require intervention.
  • Research new business opportunities for the Company, as well as additional services for current customers.
  • Enhance the Company image in the external community through developing and maintaining relationships and activities with local organizations and community leaders.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with outstanding customer service skills, ethical conduct, thoroughness, detail-oriented, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong time management skills, customer-service orientation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in staffing, customer service, or human resources is required.
