Job Title: Lead Dotnet Developer

Job Summary:

SRI Tech Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dotnet Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software applications using.NET technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development team with empathy and compassion, fostering a culture of trust and continuous growth.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and responsibility for assignments, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and promoting best practices.
  • Drive and execute complex technical requirements, staying up-to-date with emerging trends in Cloud technologies.
  • Interface with users, business analysts, editors, quality assurance testers, and other teams as needed, utilizing excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ensure the development of high-quality software applications that meet the needs of a global audience at scale.

Requirements:

  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • 10+ years of full-stack development experience in modern web development technologies such as.NET/.NET Core, Web APIs, Microsoft Office Automation, REST/OData, AWS, Angular, IIS, SQL, and Oracle.
  • Hands-on experience contributing to application architecture & designs, proven software/enterprise integration design patterns, and full-stack knowledge including modern distributed frontend and backend technology stacks.
  • Strong experience and understanding of cloud-based technologies, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of RDBMS.
  • Experience supporting production environments.
  • Proficient in building applications using serverless frameworks and containers using Dockers and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration and deployment tools like ADO, and Jenkins.
  • Good understanding and usage of JSON Libraries, and XML libraries.
  • Experience with tools such as SoapUI, NUnit, Jasmine, Karma, and Postman and being able to create unit test cases, performance testing, load testing.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
