Job Title: Test Lead

About the Role:

The Test Lead will be responsible for facilitating communication across teams and presenting an aggregated view of testing to higher management. They will also serve as the escalation point for testers and ensure that the right tools are available for the testing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in testing ISO 8583 standard and transaction processing
  • Experience working in the banking domain, specifically in cards and payments platforms
  • Minimum 8 years of formal experience with a strong test leadership background
  • Minimum 4 years of previous test manager experience
  • Experience utilizing project management tools (JIRA) and test case management tools (Qtest)
  • Experience in tracking testing metrics and reporting
  • Experience in authoring test cases in Gherkin
  • Experience testing Web Services (REST/SOAP/XML/JSON/Postman/Swagger, etc.)
  • Exposure to test automation UI and API (Selenium, Cucumber, Postman)
  • Knowledge of automated configuration management, build processes, and requirement tools
  • Strong troubleshooting skills combined with the ability to break down complex issues
  • Ability to comprehend business requirements and specification documents
  • Experience in setting standards and guidelines on the choice of automation tools
  • Experience in defining and implementing testing strategies and methodologies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of formal experience
  • Strong test leadership background
  • Minimum 4 years of previous test manager experience
