This position is available for a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist who will be responsible for the operation of equipment, product segregation, quality inspection, disposition, and documentation. The ideal candidate should possess adequate fine motor hand coordination and sound judgment for product disposition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform startup and ongoing equipment and product inspections as required per applicable documentation.
  • Segregate and disposition product based on equipment and product inspections.
  • Conduct shop floor data collection tasks.
  • Perform manual assembly and product rework tasks as required.
  • Initiate action to prevent nonconformances relating to product and processes.
Work Environment

The work environment can range from a clean room with proper gowning requirements to an open production area that may be noisy and have moving equipment. Recurring physical demands include standing, walking, stooping, crouching, climbing, and bilateral motion involving hands, wrists, and upper body.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Less than 1 year of experience; manufacturing background preferred.
Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
