About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health Ashburn. As a Resident Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and develop your clinical skills under the guidance of our experienced Clinical Director.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
- Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, and medical personnel as needed
Requirements:
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university
- Provisional licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.)
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
