About the Role
* $4K New Hire Incentive and $3K Relocation if moving from 100+ miles.
* Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter), original department/specialty, and original Job Title.
Requirements
* 1 year of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist or completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist training program.
* Current BLS from the American Heart Association.
* Excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, able to multi-task and work well in a team environment, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* 3 years' experience in the main OR.
* Experience in total joints, Spine, General, Urology, and Ortho.
* CST Certification.
