Position Overview:
The Licensed Nurse Aide will operate under the supervision of Registered Nurses, delivering essential direct and indirect care to patients and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and more.
2. Monitor and report any changes in patients' or residents' conditions, as well as any concerns or complaints from patients or their families, to the charge nurse or supervisor.
3. Engage in the care planning process to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
