We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Technician to join our team at ATI. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and instrumentation equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Perform calibrations and maintenance on meters, gauges, controllers, and sensors to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Work collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams to provide expertise on electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Read and interpret electrical and instrumentation schematics to identify and resolve issues.
- Use various test equipment and hand tools to diagnose and repair electrical and instrumentation equipment.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a journeyman E&I technician in industrial manufacturing or processing industries.
- Valid electrical license (General Journeyman, Limited Supervising Electrician, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Prior experience with computerized maintenance management systems and knowledge of National Electrical Codes.
- Knowledge of electronics, vacuum technology, hydraulics, mechanics, and pneumatics.
