Job Summary:

This position performs electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic procedures on most vehicle makes and models. You'll deliver high levels of customer service and grow market share to expand our customer base.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Assist service managers and estimators in providing documentation for mechanical or electronic repairs.
  • Drive a company vehicle safely and responsibly.
  • Perform bumper-to-bumper mechanical and electrical repairs, including OEM software programming and ADAS calibrations.
  • Develop relationships with new customers and provide exceptional service to existing ones.
  • Assume other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma and relevant certification.
  • 5+ years of automotive repair experience.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Must qualify for corporate insurance programs.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships with new customers.
  • Proficient use of automotive services and diagnostic equipment.
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills.
