Daily Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales and Service Goals (40%): Utilize the Recipe for Successful Selling approach during customer interactions, while actively promoting in-store initiatives and incentives. Monitor and report on personal performance metrics.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences (40%): Cultivate meaningful relationships with customers by applying Personal Trade principles. Stay informed on product knowledge through continuous training and coaching. Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain Store Standards (20%): Uphold visual merchandising standards and manage inventory control. Follow established plans and schedules, demonstrating urgency to adapt to the dynamic needs of the business. Comply with operational and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain mobile and walk on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and move medium to large items weighing up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Attributes:

  • A genuine passion for cooking, baking, and entertaining.
  • Experience in specialty retail.
