Your Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to safety programs, including Injury Illness Prevention, Hazard Identification, and CMC safety policies
- Facilitate New Employee Orientation sessions
- Conduct OSHA compliance training sessions
- Oversee and manage OSHA and CMC documentation compliance
- Engage with job sites frequently to assess risks and hazards
- Perform monthly inspections of physical facilities
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards
- Advise Branch Managers on OSHA and CMC safety regulations compliance
- Develop job-specific safety plans for clients, including AHA's, SDS's, EAP, and CMC safety protocols
- Administer necessary training and certifications for branch employees
- Complete and file all required OSHA and insurance documentation
- At least 5 years of experience in a safety management capacity
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Proficient knowledge of safety management practices
- Experience with health and safety regulatory compliance at various governmental levels
- Familiarity with state workers' compensation systems
- Experience in analyzing data from accident and incident investigations
- Safety auditing experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence and promote safety culture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and training
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is mandatory
