We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Teller. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and process financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of credit union policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve branch goals and objectives, including cross-selling credit union products and services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including assisting with branch functions and cross-training as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Up to 12 months of similar or related cash handling experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using a ten-key calculator.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
