At Little Leaves Behavioral Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center Director to lead our Miami Lakes Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving clinical and operational excellence, ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients, and fostering a positive and productive work environment for our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical and operational strategies to achieve center goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of clinicians and support staff to deliver high-quality services and achieve exceptional client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of clinical and operational processes.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decision making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • BCBA certification and licensure.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a BCBA managing a team and working with clients diagnosed with ASD.
  • Proven track record of successfully supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
