Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, design, and construction of land development and public works projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers and drafters, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and communicating effectively to ensure their requirements are met.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to win new projects and grow the business.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered to the required quality standards, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
  • Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering and project management, with a strong background in land development and public works projects.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Software: Proficient in MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Civil3D, with experience in GIS and project management software.
