Position Overview for Machine Operator:
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Compensation: $16 - $17 per hour

Key Responsibilities for Machine Operator:
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure a secure working environment for all team members
  • Assist in the initiation and cessation of machinery operations
  • Prepare pallets, organize boxes, and position them near machinery
  • Remove items from the conveyor system of machines
  • Inspect product quality and communicate any discrepancies to the operator or setup technician
  • Accurately package products into boxes, netting, or other shipping materials
  • Transport pallets of products to the storage area and log them into the inventory system
  • Support colleagues with breaks and various job tasks as required

Qualifications for Machine Operator:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Preferred one year of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift
  • Ability to consistently lift over 50 pounds
  • Capability to bend and twist regularly
  • Willingness to climb stairs and ladders when necessary
