Cutline Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cutline Operator to join our team at Prysmian Group. As a Cutline Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

• Meet or exceed production goals as established for the shift worked
• Maintain attendance as defined in current published employee handbook
• Ensure all products meet requirements as defined by the Plant's Quality Management Systems
• Comply with all applicable safety procedures and ISO14001 EMS Guidelines
• Compliance to all operating procedures
• Re-spooling and partial packaging quality product
• Operate production equipment to produce high-quality products
• Understand and maintain transactional integrity in the SAP Operating System
• Operate a forklift as needed
• Maintain 6S/Safety Standards

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
