We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Senior Community Care of Colorado PACE in Montrose, Colorado.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide and assist participants with basic housekeeping/homemaking needs, ensuring a safe and healthy environment. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform defined cleaning procedures, using various chemicals and cleaning agents, supplies, and equipment.
  • Dust and polish furniture or equipment.
  • Sweep and mop floors.
  • Vacuum carpets.
  • Scour and sanitize sinks, toilets, tubs, and shower areas.
  • Clean mirrors, doors, carpets, and furniture.
  • Wash or spot clean walls.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in working with the frail or elderly population required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and means of transportation.
  • Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.
  • Ability to speak, write, and read in English.
