Job Title: Clinician

We are seeking a skilled Clinician to join our team at Family Services, Inc. in Dutchess and Ulster Counties. As a Clinician, you will work with individuals to provide person-centered and community-informed support to those seeking to make a positive change in their lives.

Job Summary:

The Clinician will provide individual and group therapy, assist with the pre-intake and intake process, and complete differential diagnoses for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, time management, and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clients with individual and group therapy
  • Assist with the pre-intake and intake process
  • Complete differential diagnoses for clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for clients
  • Complete administrative tasks, including maintaining case records and documenting client contacts
  • Coordinate with outside agencies and community resources
  • Provide training to colleagues on mental health treatment
Requirements:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker R - Psychotherapy Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Strong administrative, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
