We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Van Driver to join our team at Diversicare Healthcare Services & Diversicare Ther. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents to and from medical appointments, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the journey.
Responsibilities- Transport residents to and from medical appointments, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Accompany residents on medical visits, providing emotional support and assistance as needed.
- Obtain and review medical documents, prescriptions, and appointment cards.
- Report back to the facility, providing updates on resident visits and any concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Physically able to assist ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents.
- Qualified as a Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.).
- Clean driving record and clean criminal record.
- Any other state required certifications.
