Van Driver

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Van Driver to join our team at Diversicare. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents to and from medical appointments, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the journey.

• Transport residents to and from medical appointments, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Accompany residents on medical visits, staying with them until the visit is complete.
• Observe and follow guidelines at each visit, including signing in residents, presenting their documents, and obtaining new prescriptions.
• Report to the RCM upon returning to the facility, prepared to answer questions concerning the visit.

• Physically able to assist ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents with transfers to and from the wheelchair to the vehicle.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Clean driving record and clean criminal record.
• Any other state required certifications.
