Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Wheel and Tire Technician to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will be responsible for processing the mounting and balancing of wheel sets, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mount and balance wheel kits to meet company standards
  • Pull components for wheel kits and assemble them accurately
  • Wrap and label wheel sets correctly and move them to the shipping department
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Meet or exceed CSI standards
  • Participate in required training and development programs
  • Accurately record hours worked in the company timekeeping system
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations
  • Demonstrate the Company's Core Values
  • Comply with Company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Basic computer skills needed to utilize the company timekeeping system
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel
  • Regular and predictable attendance required
Physical and Environmental Demands

This role requires frequent movement around the dealership facilities and the outdoor car lot. The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
