Key Responsibilities
  • Work independently and collaboratively with team members and management to achieve goals.
  • Attend company meetings and training sessions, and participate in constructive discussions.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Present a professional image of Threemile Canyon Farms in the presence of customers and community.
  • Seek and participate in available company-sponsored training to develop and advance knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources.
  • Perform all duties assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Perform general welding repairs and fabrication.
  • Diagnose and repair farm equipment, and report findings and issues to appropriate parties.
  • Maintain accurate records of time, parts, and supplies.
  • Have knowledge of farm machines and equipment, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
  • Hold a High School Diploma, GED, Mechanical Certification, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Work safely while using tools and equipment, with consideration and concern for others.
