Join Our Team as a Property and Casualty Client Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property and Casualty Client Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing assigned books of business, guiding internal resources, and delegating tasks effectively under the direction of experienced leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned books of business, ensuring client satisfaction and navigating the ever-evolving landscape of commercial insurance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding insurance policies, coverages, claims, and billing inquiries.
  • Spearhead the renewal process, lead marketing efforts, and secure new business placements, supported by the guidance of our Client Executives.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients and carriers alike, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Grow your expertise in insurance policies, coverage, and industry trends through continuous learning and development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or minimum two years of experience in insurance agency specializing in property and casualty, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Property and Casualty insurance license preferred or willing to obtain upon hire.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in professional verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledgeable about insurance products, markets, sales processes, and workflow procedures.
  • Team player mentality, delegating effectively and fostering trust among colleagues.
  • Proficiency in technical skills, including Microsoft Office suite and agency management systems (e.g., EPIC).
