ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Systems Technician to contribute to our operations at Quality Manufacturing Systems, Inc. (QMSI). QUALIFICATIONS FOR MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS:

  • A 2-year technical degree in electrical engineering or a high school diploma accompanied by 2 years of relevant experience in electrical assembly or maintenance.
  • Practical experience with machine tools, mechanical assembly, machine upkeep, and electrical panel work.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and adhere to guidelines.
  • A meticulous and focused approach to tasks.
  • A commitment to a long-term career with QMSI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS

  • Implement best practices for ongoing and new projects.
  • Independently organize, manage, and execute multiple tasks to meet project timelines.

  • Clearly convey technical information and respond to inquiries.
  • Fabricate, assemble, and evaluate electrical components according to engineering specifications.

  • Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
  • Participate in shop activities including maintenance, organization, and cleanliness.
