Job Description

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in La Vergne, Tennessee. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Complete all assigned preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running at optimal levels.
  • Repair machine breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage the repair of ancillary equipment and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • Experience with electrical and mechanical systems, including 480v experience.
  • Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting (limited).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
