Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business requirements analysis, with a focus on collecting and documenting business requirements.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and systems, with the ability to analyze and improve processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Agile certification or experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Security clearance (TS/SCI with Polygraph).
