Estimated Salary


The estimated salary for this role is between $40,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package includes a base salary, plus opportunities for bonuses and commissions based on sales performance.



Job Responsibilities


As a Senior Makeup Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and making recommendations to guests on a wide range of beauty products and services. This will include:



  • Building strong relationships with guests and understanding their individual needs and preferences


  • Providing expert advice on beauty products and services, including makeup, skincare, and haircare


  • Partnering with management to ensure that guests receive the best possible service and experience


  • Staying up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products, and making recommendations to guests based on their individual needs and preferences


  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service




Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need to have:



  • A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to make a real difference in the lives of our guests


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and team members


  • Knowledge of beauty products and services, including makeup, skincare, and haircare


  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service


  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college or specialized training in the beauty industry preferred
